Hi ya'll!! It's Julia here!

During the dreaded pandemic of 2020 this thing called Dalgona Coffee was all over social media. Due to being on THM and not able to or wanting all that sugar, I looked up ways to make it "on plan". I searched and I had a few trials and error but finally I hit the jackpot when this recipe worked for me!! THM does have a version of this coffee that they ended up creating as well called the "Heroic Coffee" but I wanted all the bells and whistles such as collagen, mct oil etc..

Here it is:

I use my Kitchen Aid mixer and have the best results but a hand mixer will also work! A hand frother however, will not work.

Get your quart mason jar or the cup of your choice and fill 1/2 full of ice.
